Reputation should be earned, not bought
Reviews.click exists to make company reputation measurable and honest. Every reviewer proves who they are, every review is read by a moderator, and no rating is ever for sale.

How verification works
Most review sites let anyone type anything. We do the opposite: writing a review starts with proving you are a real person.
1. Create an account
Reviews are tied to a real account, not an anonymous one-off form. One person, one identity.
2. Verify your identity
Before writing anything, you upload a government-issued ID. Documents are stored privately and are never shown on your profile or shared with the company you review.
3. Get approved
A moderator reviews the document and approves the account. Only approved accounts can publish a review, which is why every review on the site carries a verified badge.
How moderation works
A submitted review is not live yet. It enters a pending queue where a moderator checks it against our review guidelines: is it a genuine first-hand experience, is it free of personal data, is it free of promotion or conflict of interest?
Only then is it published, and the author can follow its status from their account at any point. Reported reviews go back through the same queue.
What we never do: remove a negative review because a company asked, reorder results in favour of a paying customer, or write reviews on a company's behalf.

What we stand for
Independent by design
A company cannot pay to raise its score, hide a rating, or have a negative review deleted on request. Paid plans buy tools, never reputation.
Human moderation, every time
New reviews land in a moderation queue and stay unpublished until a moderator clears them against our published guidelines.
A right of reply
Businesses that claim their profile can respond publicly to any review. Their answer sits next to the review so readers see both sides.
One review per experience
Reviews describe first-hand experiences only. Promotional posts, competitor attacks, and content containing personal data are removed.
