I received an inflatable with visible grime inside and an unpleasant smell. I wasn’t comfortable letting the kids use it, and getting someone to address the problem took too long. Very disappointing.

I rented a tent and seating for an outdoor celebration. The delivery crew was friendly, but the order was missing several chairs, and one table had a damaged leg that made it unusable. I called right away and was told someone would bring replacements, but they didn’t arrive until the gathering was already underway. We ended up using patio furniture and asking relatives to bring extra seats. The tent itself was fine and set up securely, but the missing and damaged items caused a lot of scrambling. I also had to follow up more than once about an adjustment to the bill. For the amount of planning involved, I expected the full order to arrive usable and on time.

I used 0 Gravity Rentals for a school gathering and rented a mix of tables, chairs, and a concession machine. The equipment was clean, and the instructions for the machine were simple enough to follow. Staff answered my questions before the event and made sure we had the right supplies. My only complaint was that pickup happened several hours later than the estimated time, so someone had to stay behind and wait. Other than that inconvenience, I was happy with the rental and would consider using them again.

I booked equipment for a family party and was given a delivery window, but nobody arrived or contacted me during that time. I called several times before finally getting an update, and by then guests were already showing up. The inflatable came so late that we barely got any use from it. I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication made everything much more stressful. I paid to have the equipment ready for my event, not near the end of it.

I rented tables and chairs for a graduation gathering. Delivery was on schedule, but several chairs had dirt on the seats and two of the tables were pretty scratched up. We had to wipe everything down before setting up. The crew was polite and the items worked, so it wasn’t a complete loss, but I expected cleaner equipment for a party rental. Pickup was also later than discussed, leaving everything in our driveway overnight. I probably wouldn’t rent the same package again.

I rented an inflatable obstacle course for a family reunion, and it ended up being the most popular part of the day. Adults and kids both enjoyed it.
