I stopped in expecting the usual pressure and got the complete opposite. I told them my budget and that I wanted something I could enjoy now instead of a long restoration project. They showed me two cars that made sense and explained what had already been repaired on each one. Nobody tried steering me toward the more expensive option. I chose a clean older coupe, and they gave me time to call my mechanic before signing anything. The title documents were organized, the numbers matched what we discussed, and pickup was easy. A few weeks later they even answered a question I had about sourcing a replacement trim piece. Good experience from beginning to end.

    Not what I was told

    I made the trip after being told the car was ready to drive, but it had obvious issues as soon as I arrived. The battery struggled, a warning light stayed on, and the interior condition looked rougher than expected. I felt like my time was wasted, and the staff seemed more interested in excuses than finding a solution.

    Nice selection, no pressure

    I enjoyed walking through the inventory and talking cars with the staff. They knew the history of the vehicle I liked, gave me space to inspect it, and never pushed me to buy. I’ll be back.

    Terrible communication

    I put time into discussing a car and was told I would receive additional photos and a call back. Neither happened. After I followed up twice, I learned the car had already been sold. Nobody apologized or explained why I was left waiting. I understand inventory moves quickly, but basic communication should not be this difficult.
