I traded my newer sports car toward a vintage convertible and thought the entire process was handled well. Their offer was reasonable, and they explained how they arrived at the number instead of just sliding a sheet across the desk. The convertible was clean, started easily, and matched the online description. I took it on a long test drive before committing. All the documents were ready when I returned to pick it up. I left feeling good about both sides of the deal.

    Not what I was told

    I made the trip after being told the car was ready to drive, but it had obvious issues as soon as I arrived. The battery struggled, a warning light stayed on, and the interior condition looked rougher than expected. I felt like my time was wasted, and the staff seemed more interested in excuses than finding a solution.

    Nice selection, no pressure

    I enjoyed walking through the inventory and talking cars with the staff. They knew the history of the vehicle I liked, gave me space to inspect it, and never pushed me to buy. I’ll be back.

    Terrible communication

    I put time into discussing a car and was told I would receive additional photos and a call back. Neither happened. After I followed up twice, I learned the car had already been sold. Nobody apologized or explained why I was left waiting. I understand inventory moves quickly, but basic communication should not be this difficult.
