I used 1 American Classics to help sell a car I had owned for years. I was a little nervous about handing it over, but they explained the process clearly and documented the vehicle’s condition at drop-off. They took good photos, presented it properly, and kept me updated when serious buyers showed interest. I never felt pressured to accept an offer that was too low. Once a buyer was found, the paperwork and payment were handled without any drama. Selling a sentimental car is never easy, but this was much less stressful than dealing with strangers at my house. I’d gladly work with them again if I ever sell another one.

    Not what I was told

    I made the trip after being told the car was ready to drive, but it had obvious issues as soon as I arrived. The battery struggled, a warning light stayed on, and the interior condition looked rougher than expected. I felt like my time was wasted, and the staff seemed more interested in excuses than finding a solution.

    Nice selection, no pressure

    I enjoyed walking through the inventory and talking cars with the staff. They knew the history of the vehicle I liked, gave me space to inspect it, and never pushed me to buy. I’ll be back.

    Terrible communication

    I put time into discussing a car and was told I would receive additional photos and a call back. Neither happened. After I followed up twice, I learned the car had already been sold. Nobody apologized or explained why I was left waiting. I understand inventory moves quickly, but basic communication should not be this difficult.
