I was nervous about financing because my situation isn’t completely straightforward, but the staff handled it professionally and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. I usually dread shopping for cars, but this was surprisingly relaxed. I was able to compare two vehicles, sit in both for as long as I wanted, and ask a lot of questions about DS features and maintenance. The salesperson was patient and honest about the differences. My trade-in was handled fairly, and the final numbers were consistent with what we discussed. Pickup was smooth, the tank had fuel, and the car had been cleaned well. I left genuinely happy.
