I’m satisfied with the DS itself, and the test drive was easy to arrange. The vehicle was clean and seemed accurately represented. However, communication after I left a deposit was inconsistent, and I had to call more than once for an update on when it would be ready. Pickup also felt rushed, so I figured out several controls on my own later. The deal was reasonable and everyone was polite, but the follow-through needs to be more organized for me to rate higher.

    I was nervous about financing because my situation isn’t completely straightforward, but the staff handled it professionally and didn’t make me feel embarrassed.     no pressure at all

    I usually dread shopping for cars, but this was surprisingly relaxed. I was able to compare two vehicles, sit in both for as long as I wanted, and ask a lot of questions about DS features and maintenance. The salesperson was patient and honest about the differences. My trade-in was handled fairly, and the final numbers were consistent with what we discussed. Pickup was smooth, the tank had fuel, and the car had been cleaned well. I left genuinely happy.
