I wanted to like this office, but the visit felt more focused on signing me up than addressing why I came in. I completed a lot of paperwork, waited longer than expected, and then spent only a short time discussing my discomfort. The staff stayed polite, but the explanation of the recommended plan and payment options felt rushed and unclear. I asked for time to think it over and still received follow-up messages that seemed overly persistent. The adjustment itself was okay, but I didn’t leave feeling confident about the process or what would happen next. A simpler explanation, less pressure, and more attention during the exam would have made a big difference for me.

    Calm and thorough visit

    I was nervous about my first chiropractic visit, but the whole appointment felt calm and organized. The receptionist explained the forms without rushing me, and the chiropractor asked detailed questions about my desk job and where I was feeling tight. I appreciated that the adjustment was explained before anything was done. I didn’t feel pushed into extras, and I left moving more comfortably than when I arrived. The office was clean, bright, and easy to settle into. I’ll definitely keep my next appointment.
