I’m mostly satisfied with the car I bought, but the purchase process had some ups and downs. The vehicle drove well and matched the listing, though it could have been detailed better inside. I also waited quite a while for the financing paperwork, with very little explanation about the delay. On the positive side, the salesperson was polite and did answer my questions without getting defensive. They fixed a loose trim piece before I left, which I appreciated. The car has been dependable so far. I just think communication and preparation need improvement because buying a used car is stressful enough without wondering what is happening behind the scenes.

    fair and comfortable purchase

    This was one of the easier car-buying experiences I’ve had. I was able to compare a couple of vehicles, look under the hood, and take my time on the test drive. The numbers were explained plainly, and nothing unexpected appeared in the contract. I’m happy with both the car and the service.

    no pressure at all

    I stopped by to look at a few used sedans and ended up finding one that fit my budget. Nobody tried to push me into a more expensive car or add things I didn’t want. The financing process was simple, and they gave me time to read everything before signing. Very comfortable experience overall.

    easy from start to finish

    I had a really good experience buying my SUV here. I was able to look around without someone hovering over me, and when I had questions, the salesperson gave me straightforward answers. They let me take a decent test drive and showed me the vehicle history before discussing financing. The paperwork was explained clearly and moved faster than I expected. My vehicle was clean, had a full tank, and has been running great. I’d gladly shop here again.
