I stood at the counter without being acknowledged, even though the shop wasn’t very busy. Once someone finally took my order, the interaction felt rushed and unfriendly. My sundae was messy, partly melted, and missing one of the toppings I requested. I expected a simple treat, but the whole visit was disappointing.

I stopped in shortly before heading home and received fast, friendly service. My ice cream was creamy, cold, and generously scooped.

I came by for dessert with two friends and enjoyed what I ordered. My sundae had plenty of ice cream, a nice amount of sauce, and crunchy toppings. The employee was friendly and answered our questions without rushing us. Everything looked clean, and the prices seemed reasonable for the portion sizes. The only downside was that service moved a little slowly once several people came in. We waited longer than expected even though our orders were fairly simple. It wasn’t enough to ruin the visit, though. I’d still return, especially for the ice cream, but a little more help during busy periods would make the experience better.

I had a great scoop in a fresh waffle cone. Friendly service, good portion, and no long wait. I’ll be back.
