I had a really good experience buying my car here. The staff let me look around without hovering, answered my questions honestly, and made the paperwork easy to understand. The vehicle was clean and drove just as expected on the test drive. I left feeling comfortable with my purchase and would gladly shop here again.

I liked the vehicle, but communication after the sale was disappointing. I called about a paperwork question and had to follow up several times before getting an answer. The buying process itself was fine, just not the service afterward.

I stopped by after looking at several used car lots around Gainesville, and this was easily my best experience. Nobody pressured me into something outside my budget or tried to rush the test drive. I was able to check the car over, ask about its condition, and take my time deciding. The staff explained the financing and paperwork in plain language, which I appreciated because dealerships can sometimes make that part confusing. The car was clean inside, ran smoothly, and matched what I had been told before coming in. I’ve been driving it regularly and am still very happy with it. I would definitely consider 16th Ave. Wholesale Auto for my next vehicle.

I found a dependable car within my budget and never felt pushed to spend more. Everyone I dealt with was polite, the vehicle was clean, and the paperwork was handled smoothly. I’d recommend checking their inventory.
