I drove down to see the Lexus and it looked just like the listing. Friendly service, fair negotiation, and no uncomfortable sales pressure.

I drove over after calling, but the Lexus was not ready and nobody bothered to help me. Complete waste of my afternoon.

I found the car clean, comfortable, and accurately described. The buying process went well, although the final paperwork took a little too long.

I appreciated how simple they kept everything. The GS 400 was clean, drove strongly, and had the features shown in the listing. I was given space to look underneath the hood and check the interior without pressure. The paperwork was explained clearly, and I drove away confident I had made a good choice.

I contacted the dealer before making the drive to Hallandale Beach and received clear answers about the Lexus, including a few cosmetic flaws. That honesty mattered because older cars are rarely perfect. When I arrived, the vehicle matched the description and started right up. I checked the electronics, took a decent test drive, and never felt rushed. The salesperson was relaxed and knowledgeable about this generation of GS. We agreed on a fair number without a drawn-out back-and-forth. My only issue was the wait to finish the title paperwork, which took longer than it should have. Other than that delay, the transaction was easy and the car has been enjoyable so far.
