I liked the vehicle, but the process after agreeing to buy it was frustrating. I had trouble getting updates, and the paperwork took much longer than I was led to expect. I also had to follow up more than once about a minor issue discussed before the sale. The experience started well but ended disappointingly.

I really liked the laid-back approach at this dealership. I was able to walk the lot, check out interiors, and ask questions without someone pushing me toward the most expensive option. Once I chose a car, they explained the financing and gave me time to read everything. The vehicle was clean and had enough gas for me to get home comfortably. Overall, I felt listened to and respected, which made the purchase a lot less stressful.

I needed to replace my old car quickly, and the team here made a stressful situation much easier. They showed me several options within my price range and gave me space to compare them. My test drive wasn’t rushed, and the salesperson answered every question I had. The paperwork was simple, with no surprise add-ons at the end. I left with a vehicle that feels right for me and have been pleased with it ever since.
