I stopped in with very little knowledge about golf carts and left feeling confident about my options. The staff showed me the differences between a few models without pushing the most expensive one. They answered questions about batteries, maintenance, and accessories in plain language. The cart I chose was in nice condition and ready when promised. I also got a follow-up after the sale to make sure everything was working correctly. That kind of service is hard to find.

    Solid experience overall

    I brought my cart in because it was losing power and wasn’t sure whether the batteries or charger were the problem. They listened to what I had noticed, checked everything over, and explained what needed attention. The repair seems to have solved the issue, and the cart now runs like it should. Pricing felt reasonable and I liked that they didn’t recommend replacing parts that were still usable. My only complaint is that updates were a little slow, so I had to call to find out when it would be finished. Still, the work was done well and the employees were courteous. I’d trust them with future service.

    Friendly and knowledgeable

    I came in looking for a basic used cart and appreciated the honest guidance. Nobody pressured me or tried to pile on extras I didn’t need. They let me inspect and test the cart, explained its maintenance history, and handled the paperwork quickly. So far it has run great, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

    Good cart, minor delay

    I rented a golf cart for a family get-together and overall had a good experience. The cart was clean, charged, and easy to operate, and the staff walked me through the controls before I left. The paperwork was pretty straightforward, and they answered my questions without rushing me. Pickup took longer than expected because the cart wasn’t quite ready when I arrived, but they got it sorted out and apologized for the wait. Return was much quicker and there were no surprise charges. I’d use 1st Cart Rental again, though I would probably call ahead to make sure everything is ready before making the drive.
