Part was too rough

I waited around, and the mirror they brought out was badly scratched.

I got the right wheel, though checkout took much longer than expected.

I called looking for a taillight assembly and they checked inventory before I drove over. When I arrived, the part was already at the counter and matched my car perfectly. I appreciated that they let me inspect the tabs and lens first. Fair price, easy paperwork, and I was back on the road that afternoon.

I found the alternator I needed, but the counter service felt rushed and I had to ask twice about the warranty.

I needed a replacement door for an older pickup and had struck out at two other yards. The person at the counter listened, looked up the interchange, and found one in the right body style. I was able to check it over before paying, and they helped load it without making me feel rushed. The door had used-part wear, but no damage and the mounting points were solid. I left feeling I got a solid part at a reasonable price.
