I had a positive experience and felt the vehicle was fairly represented. The staff was courteous, and nobody pushed extra products on me. My only complaint is that pickup ran about an hour later than planned. Once everything was ready, the handoff was simple and professional.

I had been shopping around Tallahassee for a used vehicle and kept running into pushy salespeople. My experience at 1st Class Auto was completely different. I was able to look around without someone hovering, and when I needed help, they answered every question directly. The vehicle drove well, looked cared for, and the paperwork was explained before I signed anything. Pickup was quick, and they followed up afterward to make sure everything was going fine. I’d gladly shop here again.
