I usually dread car shopping, but this visit was surprisingly comfortable. I told them my budget, test drove two vehicles, and never felt pressured to choose the more expensive one. They handled the financing paperwork efficiently and had my car cleaned up before I left. I would return when it’s time to replace our second vehicle.

I’m satisfied with the vehicle and how I was treated. The paperwork was explained clearly, though the waiting area was a bit cramped and the process moved slowly near the end.

I had been shopping around Tallahassee for a used vehicle and kept running into pushy salespeople. My experience at 1st Class Auto was completely different. I was able to look around without someone hovering, and when I needed help, they answered every question directly. The vehicle drove well, looked cared for, and the paperwork was explained before I signed anything. Pickup was quick, and they followed up afterward to make sure everything was going fine. I’d gladly shop here again.
