I brought my pickup in after it began shaking at highway speed. They inspected the tires and suspension, then called to explain what they found before replacing anything. I liked that they gave me options instead of making the decision for me. Once the work was complete, the truck drove straight and the vibration was gone. The invoice matched what we had discussed, and the old worn components were available for me to see. From drop-off through pickup, the process felt organized and honest. I’ve dealt with shops that create more confusion than answers, but that was not the case here. I’ll definitely be back for maintenance.
