I took my truck in because the steering had started making noise during slow turns. They checked the system carefully and explained what was causing it without talking over my head. I approved the work after receiving the estimate, and they kept me informed while the truck was there. It now turns quietly and feels much better on the road. The front counter was friendly, the paperwork was easy to understand, and I felt the price was reasonable for the work performed.
