I needed routine maintenance plus a strange rattling sound checked out. They handled the service and traced the rattle to a loose shield rather than telling me I needed an expensive repair. That honesty stood out to me. The waiting area was tidy, the staff kept me updated, and everything was explained before I paid. My car sounds normal again and feels good on the road. I’ve already told a family member that this is where I’ll be going next time.
