I dropped my car off in the morning and spent most of the day waiting for an update. When I finally reached someone, I got a vague answer and no clear completion time. The original issue was still present after pickup. I paid for a repair and expected both better communication and a working vehicle. I won’t return.

I had already taken my SUV to another shop for a rough idle, but the problem kept coming back. The team here listened to everything I had noticed instead of brushing off the details. They checked it over, called me with their findings, and explained which repair mattered now and which maintenance could wait. There were no surprise additions on the bill, and the SUV ran noticeably smoother on the drive home. A few days later they also answered a follow-up question without rushing me off the phone. That kind of service is hard to find, and I feel comfortable bringing my vehicles here from now on.

I had multiple warning lights come on at once, which had me expecting the worst. The technician ran the proper checks and found that one electrical issue was triggering several alerts. They explained the diagnosis clearly and did not push me toward replacing parts that were still usable. I received a call before the repair moved forward and another when the car was ready. After pickup, every warning light stayed off and the car drove normally. I also appreciated that the interior was left clean, with no greasy marks on the seat or steering wheel. It was a professional visit from beginning to end, and I would confidently recommend this shop.
