I needed a dependable car for commuting around Tallahassee, and they helped me find one within my range. Nobody tried pushing me toward something more expensive. They clearly went over the documents and answered my questions before I signed. I’ve had the car for a bit now and it’s been running great.

After weeks of looking, I found an SUV here that checked the important boxes without going over what I could afford. I was greeted when I arrived but given room to browse, which I appreciated. The salesperson answered my questions honestly and pointed out a small cosmetic issue instead of hoping I wouldn’t notice it. The test drive wasn’t rushed, and they gave me time to think before discussing financing. Once I decided, the paperwork moved along without any surprise add-ons. The SUV was clean, had fuel in it, and was ready when promised. I’ve driven it around town and on the highway with no problems. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

I came in with a specific budget and didn’t have to argue to have it respected. They showed me a few realistic choices and explained the differences without talking down to me. My test drive went well, and I was able to inspect the car at my own pace. The office side took a little time, but everything was explained before I signed. I’m happy with what I bought and especially appreciated the calm, low-pressure approach.
