I found a car here that fit my budget and looked good during the test drive. The salesperson was friendly and gave me space to look it over without hovering. The buying process was less smooth. I spent quite a while waiting for the paperwork, and some of the financing details were not explained until I asked several questions. The car needed a new battery shortly after I brought it home, which was frustrating, though otherwise it has been running fine. Overall, I’m satisfied with the vehicle, but I think communication and the final inspection could have been better. Not a terrible experience, just more average than I expected.

    Finally found my SUV

    After weeks of looking, I found an SUV here that checked the important boxes without going over what I could afford. I was greeted when I arrived but given room to browse, which I appreciated. The salesperson answered my questions honestly and pointed out a small cosmetic issue instead of hoping I wouldn’t notice it. The test drive wasn’t rushed, and they gave me time to think before discussing financing. Once I decided, the paperwork moved along without any surprise add-ons. The SUV was clean, had fuel in it, and was ready when promised. I’ve driven it around town and on the highway with no problems. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

    Good car buying experience

    I came in with a specific budget and didn’t have to argue to have it respected. They showed me a few realistic choices and explained the differences without talking down to me. My test drive went well, and I was able to inspect the car at my own pace. The office side took a little time, but everything was explained before I signed. I’m happy with what I bought and especially appreciated the calm, low-pressure approach.
