The buying experience was good overall. I found a sedan in nice condition, and the salesperson was patient while I checked the features and took it for a drive. The numbers were presented clearly, and there wasn’t much pressure. My only complaint is that the paperwork stage moved a little slowly, so I was there longer than expected. Still, everyone remained polite, and the car has been dependable so far. I’d consider 2020 Auto again when it’s time to replace our other vehicle.

    worth shopping around for

    I had been shopping around Clearwater for a dependable commuter car and was getting tired of places that wouldn’t discuss the full cost. At 2020 Auto, I felt like I could actually make an informed decision. They showed me the vehicle history, let me take a decent test drive, and were upfront about a couple of cosmetic marks. I appreciated that honesty because the car itself was in solid shape and fit my budget. Financing took some time, but the staff kept me updated and found terms I was comfortable with. Before I left, they made sure the fuel was topped off and all my paperwork was organized. Easy experience from beginning to end.

    quick and comfortable

    I stopped in after work and expected to spend the entire evening there. Instead, they had the SUV ready for me to see, answered my questions, and kept the paperwork moving. The interior was clean and the test drive went well. I never felt pushed into extras. I’d gladly shop here again.
