I liked the vehicle selection and found a crossover that fit what I needed. The test drive went smoothly, and the price seemed reasonable for its age and mileage. Communication could have been better, though. I left messages about a missing floor mat and had to follow up more than once. The interior also needed more cleaning than I expected at pickup. Mechanically, the car has been fine so far, but the final part of the experience felt a little rushed.
