I came in expecting the usual pressure and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to look at several cars at my own pace, then got helpful answers when I narrowed it down. They let me take a proper test drive and showed me the vehicle history before discussing numbers. Financing was explained in plain language, with no last-minute surprises. The car was cleaned up and ready when promised. This was easily one of my better experiences buying a used vehicle.
