My experience was pretty mixed. The salesperson was friendly and the SUV looked clean, but the process moved slowly and some fees were not explained until late in the conversation. I eventually got the answers I needed, though it took more back-and-forth than it should have. The selection itself was decent.

I came in expecting the usual pressure and back-and-forth, but the whole visit was surprisingly comfortable. I was able to compare a few cars, take a proper test drive, and ask about the vehicle history without feeling rushed. The salesperson explained the financing options in plain language and gave me time to review everything before signing. My trade-in was handled fairly, and the final paperwork matched what we had discussed. The car was washed and ready when I picked it up. I also received a follow-up after the sale to make sure everything was going well. I’d gladly return to 26 Motors Miami for my next vehicle.
