I’m satisfied with the vehicle itself, but the buying process could have been smoother. Different people gave me slightly different timelines, and I waited longer than expected to finish the documents. To their credit, the staff remained polite and corrected an issue before I left. Overall, it was an average experience rather than a bad one.

I was able to compare a few cars, take a proper test drive, and ask about the vehicle history without feeling rushed. The salesperson explained the financing options in plain language and gave me time to review everything before signing. My trade-in was handled fairly, and the final paperwork matched what we had discussed. The car was washed and ready when I picked it up. I also received a follow-up after the sale to make sure everything was going well. I’d gladly return to 26 Motors Miami for my next vehicle.
