I drove across town after seeing a sedan in their inventory and was glad the vehicle actually matched the photos. It was clean inside, drove smoothly, and had the features listed. The staff let me inspect it without hovering, then arranged a test drive when I was ready. Financing took some time, but I was kept informed instead of being left to wonder. Every number was reviewed with me before I signed, including the trade-in amount and dealer fees. Pickup was simple, and they had the car cleaned up with the documents ready. I left feeling confident about the purchase and appreciated how straightforward everyone was with me.
