good alignment, long wait

My car tracks straight and the steering wheel is centered now. I’m happy with the work, though the waiting area could be more comfortable.

I called about a check engine light and rough idle, and they were able to look at my car sooner than I expected. After diagnosing it, they called before doing any work and explained which repair was necessary and which maintenance could wait. There were no surprises when I picked it up. The engine is running smoothly, the warning light has stayed off, and they even followed up to make sure everything was okay. I’ve dealt with shops that talk over customers, but that wasn’t the case here. I felt listened to and treated fairly from start to finish. This will be my first call for future repairs.

I expected a costly suspension repair, but they found a loose shield causing the rattle. They secured it and explained what they checked. I really appreciate a shop that doesn’t turn a small problem into a big bill.

I brought in my older pickup for an oil leak and a general inspection before a road trip. They located the leak, walked me through the repair, and didn’t make the truck sound worse than it was. The final total was reasonable, and it hasn’t leaked since. The downside was the scheduling. I had an appointment, but the truck sat for quite a while before anyone started on it, and I didn’t get it back until the following day. I had to rearrange a ride, which was inconvenient. I’m pleased with the actual work and the way they explained everything. Better communication about the delay would have made this a five-star visit.

I picked up a screw on my way through Molino and stopped in without an appointment. They worked me in, patched the tire properly, and checked the air in the other three while they had it. The wait was shorter than expected and nobody tried to sell me a new tire I didn’t need.
