I came in after striking out at a couple of other shops and was glad I made the trip. They had several choices in the size and price range I was considering, and the employee helping me actually listened instead of steering me toward the most expensive option. He walked me through the differences, let me handle each one, and offered practical advice about a case and cleaning supplies. The background check and paperwork were handled carefully but did not drag on. Everyone was friendly, including the person who checked me out. I left feeling confident about my purchase and will make this my first stop for future transfers or accessories.

    Straightforward and professional

    I used this shop for a firearm transfer and the whole thing was handled professionally. They contacted me once it was ready, checked my identification, and guided me through the paperwork without making the process confusing. The counter staff stayed friendly even while several customers came in behind me. I also browsed the ammunition and accessories while waiting and found the store clean and easy to look through.     Good shop, limited parking

    I had a positive visit and ended up finding the model I had been comparing online. The person behind the counter was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions about availability and warranty coverage. Pricing seemed fair for a local shop, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. My only complaint was that parking and getting in and out felt a little cramped during a busy period. That aside, the service inside was very good, and I would feel comfortable purchasing here again.
