I stopped in to look at a few options and ask about a transfer. The person at the counter knew the inventory and gave me straightforward answers without pushing a sale, which I appreciated. The shop itself was orderly, and the selection was better than I expected. My issue was the wait. I stood around for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me, even though it did not seem especially busy. Once I got help, the process went smoothly, but the initial lack of attention made the visit feel awkward. I would probably try them again because the advice was solid, though customer service could be more consistent.

    Good shop, limited parking

    I had a positive visit and ended up finding the model I had been comparing online. The person behind the counter was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions about availability and warranty coverage. Pricing seemed fair for a local shop, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. My only complaint was that parking and getting in and out felt a little cramped during a busy period. That aside, the service inside was very good, and I would feel comfortable purchasing here again.
