I am still fairly new to firearm ownership, so I had plenty of questions about storage, maintenance, and what would suit my needs. The employee helping me took his time and explained everything in plain language. I was able to compare several options without feeling watched or rushed. The checkout and paperwork were organized, and they double-checked everything before I left. I especially appreciated the respectful attitude. Some shops can feel intimidating to beginners, but that was not my experience here at all.

    Straightforward and professional

    I used this shop for a firearm transfer and the whole thing was handled professionally. They contacted me once it was ready, checked my identification, and guided me through the paperwork without making the process confusing. The counter staff stayed friendly even while several customers came in behind me. I also browsed the ammunition and accessories while waiting and found the store clean and easy to look through. No pressure, no attitude, and no unnecessary delays. I will definitely use them again.

    Good shop, limited parking

    I had a positive visit and ended up finding the model I had been comparing online. The person behind the counter was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions about availability and warranty coverage. Pricing seemed fair for a local shop, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. My only complaint was that parking and getting in and out felt a little cramped during a busy period. That aside, the service inside was very good, and I would feel comfortable purchasing here again.
