I stopped in for a tire that kept losing air. They found the issue and the repair itself seems to be holding, so I’m satisfied with that part. The visit was less organized than I expected, though. I wasn’t given much of an estimate on the wait, and I had to ask twice for an update while my car sat outside. When they finally pulled it in, the work went fast and the price seemed reasonable. Everyone was polite, just not very communicative at the counter on a busy afternoon. I might come back for another basic repair, but I’d want a clearer idea of timing before leaving my keys again.

    Easy tire purchase

    I needed two tires before a weekend trip and they made the whole thing easy. The staff showed me a couple options without trying to upsell me, and the installation moved pretty quickly. They even checked the pressure in the other two tires. I left feeling taken care of and will definitely return next time.

    Quick and honest help

    I came in with a slow leak and expected to spend half my afternoon waiting. The guys checked the tire right away, found a small nail, and explained why a patch would be fine instead of pushing me toward a replacement. They had me back on the road in about half an hour. I also ran the car through the wash, and it came out looking much better than it went in. Friendly service, fair pricing, and no pressure.

    Frustrating from start to finish

    I left my car for a tire replacement and was told it would not take long. Hours later, I still had no update, so I called and got a vague answer. When I returned, the car was parked outside and the work had only just been finished. The wheel was dirty with mounting residue, my valve cap was missing, and nobody could explain why the delay was so long. I also noticed the pressure was higher than the number on the door sticker, which meant I had to adjust it myself. The counter interaction felt rushed and dismissive too. I paid for professional service, not more work and frustration afterward. I will not be coming back.

    I got a used tire installed quickly, and it has held up well. The waiting area could have been a little cleaner.
