I liked the cart itself, and it ran well all weekend. Delivery was later than expected, though, and communication during the wait was spotty. Once it arrived, everything else went smoothly.

I needed to adjust our delivery window after our check-in time changed, and the staff worked with me without making it complicated. The cart arrived in good condition and had enough room for our family and beach supplies. Charging was straightforward, and it stayed reliable for the entire rental. Pickup was quick too.

I booked a four-seater for a quick getaway. It showed up clean and charged, the paperwork took only a few minutes, and pickup was handled without any hassle. Very easy experience overall.
