I dropped off my utility ATV because the transmission was shifting roughly and making an occasional grinding sound. The shop took time to test it, called with an explanation, and gave me options instead of immediately pushing the most expensive repair. It has shifted normally since I picked it up. The only downside was waiting several extra days for a part to come in, and I would have liked an update sooner. Still, I’m satisfied with how the machine turned out.

    Good work, slow callback

    I took my side-by-side in for a clicking noise near the front end. They found the worn part, showed me what was wrong, and completed the repair for a fair amount. It drives quietly now. My only complaint is that I had to call twice for a status update, but the actual service was good.

    Quality repair overall

    I brought in an older quad that needed steering and suspension work. They were willing to diagnose it instead of brushing it off because of its age. The handling is much tighter now, and the estimate stayed close to the final total. I just wish the turnaround had been a couple of days shorter.
