I brought my four-wheeler in after it suddenly lost power and started backfiring. I expected a major engine problem, but the technician took the time to diagnose it correctly instead of guessing and replacing expensive parts. They explained that the issue was in the fuel and ignition setup, told me what needed attention, and kept the repair focused on that. The ATV was ready in time for my planned ride and performed flawlessly all weekend. It started easily, accelerated smoothly, and never stumbled once. I also liked that the paperwork clearly listed the labor and parts. This was my first visit to 352 Motorsports, and I’ll be comfortable bringing my other machine here too.

    Good work, slow callback

    I took my side-by-side in for a clicking noise near the front end. They found the worn part, showed me what was wrong, and completed the repair for a fair amount. It drives quietly now. My only complaint is that I had to call twice for a status update, but the actual service was good.

    Quality repair overall

    I brought in an older quad that needed steering and suspension work. They were willing to diagnose it instead of brushing it off because of its age. The handling is much tighter now, and the estimate stayed close to the final total. I just wish the turnaround had been a couple of days shorter.
