My old quad runs new

Review of 352 Motorsports Inc by The Outlaw Olive · November 29, 2024

5/5

I was debating whether my older quad was even worth repairing because it had become hard to start, leaked fluid, and felt unstable at speed. The shop inspected it and helped me separate the urgent repairs from the items that could wait. I chose to handle the starting issue, leak, and worn front-end parts. They kept me informed while it was apart and answered my questions without rushing me. At pickup, they walked me through what had been replaced and what maintenance to watch for next. The difference is huge: it starts quickly, tracks straight, and feels safe again. I’m glad I repaired it instead of giving up on a machine I enjoy.

    No communication

I waited weeks for an update and got my ATV back unrepaired.

    Mixed experience

I’m glad my ATV runs again, but the repair took longer than expected and I had to keep asking for updates.

    Good work, slow callback

I took my side-by-side in for a clicking noise near the front end. They found the worn part, showed me what was wrong, and completed the repair for a fair amount. It drives quietly now. My only complaint is that I had to call twice for a status update, but the actual service was good.

    Quality repair overall

I brought in an older quad that needed steering and suspension work. They were willing to diagnose it instead of brushing it off because of its age. The handling is much tighter now, and the estimate stayed close to the final total. I just wish the turnaround had been a couple of days shorter.
