This was my first time using an auto broker, so I had plenty of questions. The team explained how the process worked, reviewed several vehicle choices with me, and never made me feel rushed. They also caught a fee in the proposed paperwork that needed clarification before I signed. Pickup was organized and the car was in excellent condition. I left feeling like someone was actually looking out for my interests, which is not how my previous car purchases have gone.
