The vehicle I chose was clean, drove well, and matched the description. Financing and paperwork were explained clearly, so I never felt rushed into signing anything.

I went in looking for an affordable second car and had a positive experience. The staff showed me a few vehicles in my range without making me feel bad for having a firm budget. They provided the available records, let me take a longer test drive, and answered my questions about prior maintenance. The car had a small cosmetic flaw that was pointed out before I noticed it, which I appreciated. Negotiating was reasonable and there were no surprise charges when I reviewed the documents. I’m taking off one star because communication between the sale and pickup could have been better. I had to call for an update, but everything was ready as promised.

I needed a used truck for my small business and didn’t want to spend days dealing with sales pitches. They showed me a few options within my budget and explained the mileage and condition of each one. I was able to inspect the truck, take a decent test drive, and review the paperwork without pressure.
