I brought my daughter here to find her first car, and we both left feeling good about the purchase. The staff listened when we explained our budget and safety concerns, then showed us realistic options instead of cars we couldn’t afford. We checked out three vehicles and were allowed enough time with each one to compare visibility, comfort, and how they drove. The car we selected had been cleaned well and came with the maintenance information they had available. The paperwork was explained one section at a time, with no pressure to add things we didn’t want. Follow-up after the sale was also prompt when I had a question about the registration documents.

    Fair deal and helpful staff

    I went in looking for an affordable second car and had a positive experience. The staff showed me a few vehicles in my range without making me feel bad for having a firm budget. They provided the available records, let me take a longer test drive, and answered my questions about prior maintenance. The car had a small cosmetic flaw that was pointed out before I noticed it, which I appreciated. Negotiating was reasonable and there were no surprise charges when I reviewed the documents. I’m taking off one star because communication between the sale and pickup could have been better. I had to call for an update, but everything was ready as promised.

    The truck fit my needs
