I bought a used cart here after a helpful test drive and initially felt good about the purchase. The cart itself was clean and has run well around the neighborhood. My mixed rating is mostly about communication. I was told an accessory would be installed before delivery, but it wasn’t included when the cart arrived. It took several calls to find out the part was backordered, and I would have preferred to know that earlier. They eventually scheduled the installation and handled it without another charge. I’m satisfied with the final result, but the process required more follow-up from me than it should have.

    good cart, slight delay

    I’m happy with the cart and thought the staff did a good job explaining the features and warranty. It was clean, comfortable, and priced reasonably compared with the others I had looked at. My only complaint was that delivery happened later than the original estimate, and I had to call for an update. Once it arrived, though, everything was in order and the driver took time to answer my questions.

    I had my cart serviced here after it started losing power halfway through the neighborhood. They diagnosed the battery issue, called me before doing the work, and had it ready sooner than I expected. The final cost matched what they had explained on the phone. It runs noticeably better now, and the service counter was friendly even though they were busy. I’ll be bringing it back for routine maintenance.
