I took my cart in for steering work and a tune-up. They explained the repair clearly and called before replacing an additional worn part, which I appreciated. The cart drives much straighter now and feels safer. The only downside was the pickup area was crowded, so loading it took longer than expected. That was a small inconvenience, though, and I was satisfied with the quality of the work and the courteous service.

    I needed new batteries and appreciated the clear explanation of my choices. Installation was quick, the old batteries were handled for me, and my cart now has much better range.

    good cart, slight delay

    I’m happy with the cart and thought the staff did a good job explaining the features and warranty. It was clean, comfortable, and priced reasonably compared with the others I had looked at. My only complaint was that delivery happened later than the original estimate, and I had to call for an update. Once it arrived, though, everything was in order and the driver took time to answer my questions.

    I had my cart serviced here after it started losing power halfway through the neighborhood. They diagnosed the battery issue, called me before doing the work, and had it ready sooner than I expected. The final cost matched what they had explained on the phone. It runs noticeably better now, and the service counter was friendly even though they were busy. I’ll be bringing it back for routine maintenance.
