I’m new to owning a golf cart, so I had plenty of basic questions. The salesperson took them seriously and explained charging, storage, tire pressure, and routine maintenance in plain language. I test drove both a new and used cart before deciding. There was no pressure either way, and the numbers were presented clearly. Pickup was on time, the cart looked great, and I felt comfortable operating it when I left.

    good cart, slight delay

    I’m happy with the cart and thought the staff did a good job explaining the features and warranty. It was clean, comfortable, and priced reasonably compared with the others I had looked at. My only complaint was that delivery happened later than the original estimate, and I had to call for an update. Once it arrived, though, everything was in order and the driver took time to answer my questions.

    I had my cart serviced here after it started losing power halfway through the neighborhood. They diagnosed the battery issue, called me before doing the work, and had it ready sooner than I expected. The final cost matched what they had explained on the phone. It runs noticeably better now, and the service counter was friendly even though they were busy. I’ll be bringing it back for routine maintenance.
