After visiting a couple of other lots, I stopped here and finally felt like someone was listening. I explained that I needed a practical vehicle with working air conditioning and enough room for my kids. They showed me options that matched instead of wasting my time. The test drive went well, and I was allowed to look everything over carefully. Financing and registration paperwork were handled in an organized way. I’ve been driving the vehicle regularly, and so far it has been a great fit for us.

    Decent, but some issues

    I had a mixed experience here. The staff was friendly and let me test drive the car without any pressure, which I appreciated. The financing terms were explained clearly, and the vehicle was reasonably clean. However, I noticed a warning light shortly after taking it home and had to bring it back. They did look at the problem, but communication during that process could have been better. Everything worked out eventually, though I expected a smoother follow-up after the sale.

    They listened to my budget
