I’m happy with the sedan I purchased and thought everyone was courteous. The test drive was relaxed, the financing made sense, and the car was clean. Pickup ran later than I had planned because the final paperwork wasn’t ready, but they kept me updated. Overall, I would still recommend them.

I had a mixed experience here. The staff was friendly and let me test drive the car without any pressure, which I appreciated. The financing terms were explained clearly, and the vehicle was reasonably clean. However, I noticed a warning light shortly after taking it home and had to bring it back. They did look at the problem, but communication during that process could have been better. Everything worked out eventually, though I expected a smoother follow-up after the sale.

I told them upfront what I could afford and what kind of vehicle I needed, and they actually listened. Instead of showing me cars outside my range, they pointed me toward a few realistic options. I was able to compare them, take my favorite for a test drive, and look it over without being rushed. The sales process felt relaxed, and all the financing details were reviewed before I signed anything. My car was cleaned up and ready when it was time to leave. Since purchasing it, I’ve used it for work and errands with no trouble. I really appreciated being treated with respect instead of being judged by my budget.

I had a positive experience from the first conversation through signing the paperwork. Questions about the vehicle and loan were answered directly, and I didn’t feel rushed. My SUV was clean when I picked it up and has driven well ever since. I’ll definitely consider 3T for my next vehicle.
