My old car quit unexpectedly, so I needed something dependable without spending weeks shopping. The staff at 3T helped me narrow down the choices based on my commute and budget. They were patient while I checked the vehicle, called my insurance company, and reviewed the loan documents. I especially appreciated that nobody acted annoyed when I asked to go over a couple of sections twice. The car had been cleaned, the tires looked good, and everything worked properly on the test drive. I’ve put regular miles on it since then and have had no issues. Buying under stress isn’t fun, but they made the situation much easier for me.

    Decent, but some issues

    I had a mixed experience here. The staff was friendly and let me test drive the car without any pressure, which I appreciated. The financing terms were explained clearly, and the vehicle was reasonably clean. However, I noticed a warning light shortly after taking it home and had to bring it back. They did look at the problem, but communication during that process could have been better. Everything worked out eventually, though I expected a smoother follow-up after the sale.

    They listened to my budget
