I drove over to North Fort Myers after seeing a car that looked like a good fit for my family. When I arrived, it was available and in the condition I expected, which was already a nice change from past dealership experiences. I checked the interior, looked under the hood, and took a long enough test drive to feel comfortable. Nobody rushed me or tried to steer me toward something more expensive. The financing conversation was direct, and I was able to review everything before signing. They also followed up after the purchase to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. I’m very pleased with the car and the way I was treated.

    Decent, but some issues

    I had a mixed experience here. The staff was friendly and let me test drive the car without any pressure, which I appreciated. The financing terms were explained clearly, and the vehicle was reasonably clean. However, I noticed a warning light shortly after taking it home and had to bring it back. They did look at the problem, but communication during that process could have been better. Everything worked out eventually, though I expected a smoother follow-up after the sale.

    They listened to my budget

    I told them upfront what I could afford and what kind of vehicle I needed, and they actually listened. Instead of showing me cars outside my range, they pointed me toward a few realistic options. I was able to compare them, take my favorite for a test drive, and look it over without being rushed.     Would buy here again
