I bought a pressure washer here after my old one finally quit. The staff member showed me a couple of reasonable choices and explained the pump differences, hose connections, and which nozzles to use around siding. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive model. They assembled the handle, checked the box for all the pieces, and helped load it. I used it on my driveway and porch the next morning, and it performed just as described. The paperwork and warranty information were also clearly explained. I value a store where employees actually know the equipment they sell, and my experience at 3Y was excellent from beginning to end.
