I needed a generator before a stretch of bad weather and had a lot of questions about wattage. The employee helping me listened to what I planned to run, then explained the difference between starting and running power without making it confusing. He also covered safe placement, fuel storage, and basic startup. I liked that he did not steer me toward a unit larger than I needed. Everything was boxed properly, and they helped me load it into my truck. At home, the instructions they gave me made setup simple. It started without trouble and handled the essentials. This was my first visit, but it will not be my last.

    Solid local hardware stop

    I needed a few nuts, fuel line, and a spark plug for a weekend project. I found everything in one trip, and an employee helped me sort out the thread size. The store was tidy and easy to browse. I would rather come here than wander around a huge warehouse.

    Helpful, with one hiccup

    I ordered a mower blade and the first one brought out was the wrong length. The employee caught the mistake before I left and found the proper blade in back. It added a little time to my visit, but everyone was courteous and the correct part fit perfectly once I got home.
